<p>I just want to clarify Paul's comment. Your Sailor is responsible for making the payment to the appropriate person on board, but the Tigers give the money to their Sailor to make the payment. I know I did it that way anyway. I don't know of any Tigers that actually expected their Sailor to foot the bill out of their own pocket. Cash was appreciated on my trip.</p>
