We are right there with you Karl. My son enlisted in Oct with a 4/2 report date for boot camp and Nuke school to follow. There was an issue with his fingerprints in Dec and he was delayed with no estimated ship date...

Over the last several years, though, there has been a backup in the Nuke training pipeline due to the availability of Prototypes. Students were graduating Power School and then waiting around for sometimes longer than 6 months before starting Prototype. To my knowledge, the situation hasn't gotten any better since I…</p>

To my knowledge, the situation hasn't gotten any better since I got out in late 2014. This may be the reason he got delayed. </p>
