My son got pinned  with his Fish while underway this past February while serving on the Maryland, however he is officially on the West Virginia. They took photos of the pinning ceremony, yet "nobody knows" who has the photos. I realize there is a security process, but still, they don't take the photos for nothing, do they? We all would like a photo for posterity, but my son doesn't want to be the "nag" who goes calling around King's Bay asking who has the photos, and how to get them cleared for families to have. Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

it's not the song, it's the nature of the code that sends the song...besides,do you know if the receiving system has speakers?

I wanted to send "All I Want for Christmas Is You" song, for my son, I guess maybe is too sad... I know you have "My Wish"  song on NavyDads, can I try that?...

Good afternoon!

Can you send a nice song message to an official email address on the Stennis?!

Thanks for your reply.  That does make sense.  Benjamin is going to nuclear power school after basic, We never discussed whether he preferred to go ET, EM, or MM, but I imagine he'd like to go ET.  If he ends up on a sub of course, neither his mother or I will hear much from him or the Navy at all.

Hi Everyone,

My SR is in his 2nd week of bootcamp.  His mom and I are divorced, and that is the basis of my question.  For a variety of reasons going back many years, the situation with her is very bad.  Once he is out in the fleet, will my son be able to arrange for both his mom and I to separately receive any correspondence from the Navy when necessary?  I mean correspondence from the Navy itself of course, not letters from him.  I'd rather not be dependent on her to share information, and I don't want to put my son is an awkward position.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Good morning!

I remember the 1st time that I heard about it was in a documental, on History channel, they said they "like adapted" the concept from Star Treck program to real life...

But if we make a deep study of the Bible, with all the symbolism, we'll get the same answer...

I JUST REALLY PRAY, PRAY, PRAY!!!... that all this take a BIG WHILE to happened!
