Not only am I a SC Navy Dad, I'm a SC Navy veteran as well.  My son graduated from Fort Dorchester HS in North Charleston, SC, has served for almost 4 years and is currently serving onboard USS RHODE ISLAND (SSBN 740 BLUE) as an Electrician's Mate.  I did 26 in the Navy and retired in 2006, currently work in Jenkinsville, although our home is in Goose Creek.  Hope to hear from others soon!

Donnie,
Do you live in SC? Has your Son finished BC? If not be ready it will make even a grown man cry. My son is on hold for his A school in GL. Do not know when he will start. He did tell us on the phone last week that he will be home for Christmas. Good to see some one respond. Have a Great Day And GO NAVY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
