The three means he's a third class petty officer now. Next he would promote to a second class petty officer then a first class. But my friend is an AO and she said something about bombs.... But Yay...he's a petty officer now!

Does anyone know where I can go to see what the advancements mean. Like my son was just advanced to AO3 where would I go to see what that is and what would be the next up the ladder

Some people don't need privacy, they just need opportunity, lol. I guess in a way they're saving people who couldn't otherwise save themselves from something stupid in the wrong moment
