Hello Mark, I went through that battle just last week. Go to Target. They have cards for $20 and $30 that you can recharge. Send your son the 1-800 number and PIN so he can call. I sent them in separate e-mails. You can add money to the card any time.
Got an email from my son last night, but haven't seen any new pictures for about 3 days. I keep checking too.
Any cool updates from the ship lately?
Mrs. Presley, my son is a Petty Officer MMFN and works in React. #1 Andrew has about 25 men and women workin under him and I never thought he was able to accomplish such work like this. SO Proud of him, but I hope he keeps his rack and locker clean. LOL. His roommate back at Norfolk says he could never find his floor in his room. Tell your husband to look him up and maybe the can hit the port sometime and have a cold one.
That's awesome Lowell. My son has spoken of them before. Important guys on deck for sure...
Our son is in ABH CRASH & SALVAGE ,they are the firemen & emt if a bird is in trouble on the flight deck.If birds are flying they are in full fire protection gear
Hello Mark and Lowell. What is your son's rate on the ship. My son is on his first cruise and works with the E-2C Hawkeye. Glad to have you in the group.
how do I get to the Ike Paper
Hi fellow IKE lovers my son is on the Ike,this is his third deployment,I hope goes well on this cruise.'J' (my son is a newly appointed P.O. THIRD CLASS) we are so PROUD of all those sailors who are serving on the IKE. J told us last cruise the temperature on deck reached a 151,and think 100 is hot,I guess we are spolied.
