Kind of a bad news break - My sailor Lee has been battling severe headaches the last few months aboard the Tortuga. She was hospitalized at Iwo Jima, now they are shipping her out of Japan and back to San Diego for further medical assistance. Just got a call from her - she will land in San Diego tomorrow afternoon. One part of me is kind of happy she will be back State side, the other feels for her - because she loved Japan so much, and it was her high school dream. Does anyone know how this returning process works and what we can expect next?

My daughter is on her way to Afganistan, she re-trained as on OS and is now Petty Officer 3rd class. She is really good at what she does and the Navy had "lent" her to the Army for duty over there I assume in the drone program, not sure cause she can't tell us. Welcome aboard Chris!!!
