Which ship are you going on? If its a DDG, just be ready for noise 24/7 and quite cramped berthing. I did a TC in 1997 aboard the USS Ingersoll, a Spruance class Destroyer. It had a little more room than the Arleigh Burkes of today. Also most of them are co-ed now. Also did a TC aboard an AOE, USS Camden. More room but just as noisey. You will have the best vacation of your life and will be amazed at how those "Kids" can make that incrediblely complicated machine work so well.
