    The Navy Lodge is close to RTC and reasonably priced. I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott when my daughter went through her PIR. That is right next to the Meet & Greet. There are lots of places, but they do fill up fast as the time approaches. Many offer a discount if you mention that you are coming for PIR. Some offer shuttles to the ceremony. Check through the PIR group to see other recommendations!
