    I'm about to leave for work .... I'll have to address this when I get back tonight or over the next couple of days as I have them off....

    It makes a parent worry and fret when our kids make these kind of decisions, but all will work out in the end....so try not to drag yourself down!

    My name is Chief West and Jim sent me your message concerning your daughter and thought I might be of some help. I have been in the Navy for 20 years and most recently (except from presently) I was a Navy Recruiter (hopefully not a bad thing in your perception). Your daughter, she picked AECF according to your profile. Was this her choice or was it "thrust"upon her for whatever reason? This will tell me where to proceed (if you wish me to). Also, what else can you tell me about why she chose the Navy in particular - was it first choice or defaulted to other plans?
