    I'm going to beg off your question...since both of mine were enlisted, I have almost no knowledge of OCS and the sequence.  We do have an OCS Group (click for link) that may be able to provide you with an answer.  I spent some time in Google and cannot really find anything about SWARS....I'm sure we have members though with sailors that have been through the sequence and can answer your question......
