Sorry for delay in getting to this, but my sailor's only internet after we returned was his phone & not good typing on it.

Well arrived in Jacksonville on time. People from the base and the USO were great. Our driver and navigator were real fun. They took us on the scenic route. Got to see the Jaguar stadium Laura loves the Colts so she did not care to much that I saw it. Still neat. Arrived at hotel got settled in, Heath called thought I could meet on base, he was on duty, but he guessed wrong. Well really this is day 2 since I left Marshall last night to spend the night in the airport for a 515 am flight to Jacksonville. Really excited to go see my son, but have been upset that I could not get Laura and the girls up to Norfolk. To see. Us come in for the Big E's last time. It has been 11 months and 14 days since I have seen Heath. I am starting to miss him. Getting up there a day early, l hope I get to spend area hours with him this afternoon. About to board the plane.
