Navy Dads

I know I've seen this somewhere but...what address can I use for the gate we go to for graduation? I thought someone said to just use the P.O. Address and it will take you right to the correct gate, but can't even find that. Son graduates the 1st!!!

Hey Jeremy-

If you look under PIR's you'll find a topic Helpful info from a dad who was just there (Mark) He had this listed there.

-look up the Navy Credit Unions address at the base (Indiana Street) and enter it into your GPS... You'll get perfect directions to the correct gate at the base (there are several gates and if you've never been there, it could be a little confusing).

Hope it helps. Check out his link, he has more information posted if you need anything else.

Awesome! You guys (and gals) are the absolute best! Thanks again!!!

thanks for the info I found that real easy now lets hope I can find the place when I get back there in a few days .

 Thank's K.RAY

Also if you just head south on 41 and take a left on Buckley road. They follow it all the way down past the NEX which is in the same area as the graduation. The next gate take a right and that's where you'll need to be.
Well never mind south since it all depends where you're coming from, but since I was coming from crosslands hotel I remember it as 41 south hehe

Also if your kid is staying in Great Lakes for A school you'll have to pick them up at the visitor's center. This is just around the corner from the gates of the graduation. When you're leaving the graduation you'd take a right under the train tracks and follow the road until you hit the light. There you'll take a right and go down past the next light. After the light there will be signs for you to turn right into the parking lot area. The Naval Museum is also located here. It's a nice place to visit while you're waiting on your child to exit since they have to march from their ships to the entrance.

Our son told us to pick him up at the NEX, but lucky for us our taxi driver has been doing this a lot longer than our son :) he took us to the visitor's center to show us exactly where we'd need to pick him up and he also told us to be there by 3pm and that our son would be out by 4pm. We lucked out with our taxi driver :)
