I'm in AECF (Advanced Electronics/Computer Field) and hope to become an FC (Fire Controlman) and work with the AEGIS platform. I won't find out if i'm an FC or ET (Electronics Technician) until I complete Apprentice Technical Training. After basic training I have ATT, A-school, then C-school.

I'm blessed to have two sailors in the family - my son Eric (AM3) is stationed on the carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) and my daughter Kat (MC3) recently completed her five-year enlistment on the carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72).
