Act of Valor

A MOTION PICTURE FEATURING ACTIVE DUTY NAVY SEALS

FEBRUARY 24

ACT of VALOR - REAL BULLETS

An unprecedented blend of real-life heroism and original film-making, Act of Valor stars a group of active-duty Navy SEALs in a powerful story of contemporary global anti-terrorism. Inspired by true events, the film combines stunning combat sequences, up-to-the minute battlefield technology and heart-pumping emotion for the ultimate action adventure.

Act of Valor takes audiences deep into the secretive world of the most elite, highly trained group of warriors in the modern world. When the rescue of a kidnapped CIA operative leads to the discovery of a deadly terrorist plot against the U.S., a team of SEALs is dispatched on a worldwide manhunt. As the valiant men of Bandito Platoon race to stop a coordinated attack that could kill and wound thousands of American civilians, they must balance their commitment to country, team and their families back home.

Each time they accomplish their mission, a new piece of intelligence reveals another shocking twist to the deadly terror plot, which stretches from Chechnya to the Philippines and from Ukraine to Somalia. The widening operation sends the SEALs across the globe as they track the terrorist ring to the U.S.-Mexico border, where they engage in an epic firefight with an outcome that has potentially unimaginable consequences for the future of America.

closest theater to me has a 12:55 PM showing tomorrow....I'll be there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I work half days on Fridays, so watching the movie is on my agenda as well.  Looking forward to seeing it!!! Billy has renewed interest in trying out for Seals after having a long chat with a Navy Chaplain during one of their port stops during deployment.  The Lt. convenienced Billy to pursue his dreams so he wouldn't go through life always wondering about the "what if's".

If I was in the Prescott area tomorrow Paige I'd buy you a popcorn at the showhouse!!!!!!

Thanks Paul...would certainly be more enjoyable attending with a fellow Navy supporter.  Hope you enjoy it!

gonna be hard to keep quiet......gonna want to yell HooYah ----- I just know it!!!!!!

I am going to the noon show here. Just happen to have Friday off.

flippin' awesome....the delivery of vocabulary isn't Oscar worthy, but I guarantee the fire-fights and all the Navy stuff is......

I just saw it also and will be going again with my wife in a few days and then again with my daughter. I am trying to talk my second daughter in to going also that will be 4 times I have a reason to see it. Keith Urban did a great job on his song for the Credit at the end.

I think the live fire makes the movie better, you can tell the difference in live and blanks.

thinking about going again tonight or tomorrow.....!!!!!

sorry folks...cannot embed this but it is worthwhile watching:
