Airplane Tickets -- insurance?
Of course nobody wants to think it but should I get flight insurance for my plane tickets and go ahead and buy them now? I know a PIR date but also know how easy it is to get held back. Though my son has been in Sea Cadets for several years and I'm confident he'll graduate on time.
What is the insurance called that I'm looking for? Flight cancellation?

We always fly Southwest - there are no change penalties and if you don't use the ticket you have up to one year (from the date of purchase) to use it. And 2 bags fly free!
