FINSEL question
hello everyone ... first post ... thanks in advance for any and all comments ... here goes
my son is going to OCS ... scheduled to report to Rhode Island March 14 ... he doesn't have his FINSEL document ... his recruiter doesn't know when he will get it (the recruiter is new to the job) ... my understanding is that this is a pretty important doc and should be reviewed before going to Rhode Island ... any ideas/suggestions on how he gets this or when should he reasonably expect to get it ... thanks again

as I understand it (with COVID- who knows.....) typical about two weeks before report date

Thank you Paul ... he reports on March 14th to do a 2 week quarantine and starts OCS March 28 ... I hope the two weeks is from March 14 and not March 28 ... bc if its from March 28, he'll get the FINSEL at the beginning of the quarantine period when he's already in Rhode Island!!! not much time to review that way ...
