Below the chart is an explanation though I ship USPS Flat Rate-- give it some extra time and I've never had any issues......
typical FPO address....
SEAMAN JOSEPH SMITH
UNIT 100100 BOX 4120
FPO AP 96691
the three-digits are the first three number of the FPO zip...that defines where the address is.

Bases have different addresses.....
HSL-37's in Hawaii used to be:
HSL-37, Marine Corps Base Hawaii
PO Box 64006
Kaneohe Bay, HI 96863-4000
