My son Devon is in this ship and division. We are from CT and I'm prior Navy. He starts week 3 tomorrow and I'm looking forward to hearing from him again.

I'm hoping to get a letter this upcoming week 3. Possibly a phone call. I'm not prior military at all. In fact, Morgan is the 1st in our immediate family to be in the service. This site has been invaluable for me.

All I got was my form letter with his address and "the box". Hope to get a real letter from him this week. Are you going to graduation?

Still haven't received a real letter back yet. Now the end of week three. Getting bummed but I keep sending two or three letters a week.

I got a letter today!!! I'm sure you'll get one tomorrow. Says everything is going fine. Tough, but OK. It was good to finally get something. Hang in there.

Got a real phone call today!!!!!!! 9/17, Morgan sounded great. Had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled last week.
he said he was a 'guidon', something about flags. He only had 4 mins to talk.
