Hi David....yes my son is Ship 09 Div 191! Did you get a call today?

  Yes I did, surprised that it lasted almost a half hour. He sounded good, taking it all for what it is. Sounded positive so I'm happy. Said it isn't easy, but it is what he expected. Hope you got a good call as well.

My sons' call was about the same. Said the worst part are his boots. The heels are beginning to create callouses....he said no matter how tight he pulls the laces. I remember those days! Eventually he will develop combat boot feet. Worst boots I ever had were the boot camp issues. Other than that he is just hoping the division begins to excel soon. He enjoyed the swim test....he was a swimmer and water polo player all 4 years of high school...so he enjoyed that.

Hey David...My son is also Ship 09 Div 191. So looking forward to PIR on 06 Jun. I got a call this past Saturday as well. Like both you and Derek, he sound better than that first call. Sounds like things are coming together for them as a group. He really didn't want to take BC, wanted to hear about life back at home to get a brief distraction.
