Thanks Jim. Yeah I did get it all in writing as 
I mentioned I have a paper trail a mile long 
and a mile wide. I filed with the BBB and
Posted on Yelp and Rip Off Report, I just 
want to make sure that no one else gets 
taken... These people have zero regard for
the military, they displayed that when my 
girl got involved and they tried double 
crossing her.
