That is great advice E.G. I will certainly forewarn him! At this point I think Wes will consider any other base better, pranks or not, than GL lol. I worry whether he will get delayed with that hurricane coming in, Fay didn't listen to the forecasters so this one may not either lol. Evan is already headed to San Diego right? or there already?

Hello! Just joined this group. My son Andrew is Finishing AE A school in Pensacola this week. He has been told that he has orders with a final destination of Hawaii. No particulars yet.

Michele that is great news! I'm so glad to hear that Wes is doing much better and is finally getting to go to the beach. Evan loved it there. Warn Wes that they are going to prank him in one way or another when he arrives. They made one newbie take his matress to the Nex to get drycleaned and another they told him to stamp his name on the matress twice. Neither was a good idea for the newbie. So tell him to watch out for the heathen's like my son. I'm sure Wes is very proud of himself for hanging in their and accomplishing his task in GL. P'cola is a lot more laid back. He will love it. We will be praying for him and you. ttyl

Thanks Kevin :). He needs all the prayers he can get!

I am guessing you all are fairing well with Fay moving through? I know many counties around me and you are flooded :(. Last night was pretty scary, I couldn't wait for morning so I could see if my yard project made it through the very heavy rain, it did :). God Bless!

I have an update, Wes will be flying out of GL on Sept. 5th heading down to Pensacola for the next part of his A-school. He is doing great and very anxious to go :). He completed the computer based classes today with a final test, he sounds relieved and proud that he has made it! I knew he could :) I am so proud of him!
