Here's my first "home away from home" for 1 year 3 months and 29 days (but who's counting?) during 2 Mediterranean cruises and "work-ups". An amazing combination of machinery and teamwork.

Certainly...most any rating starting with an A, plus PR, are all aviation ratings. ABEs operate, maintain, and repair the catapaults and arresting gear on "the deck". Glad to have you in our group Navydad admin CPO!

My son will be an AT. . .does that qualify under Airdales? Forgive me if I am illiterate to all the Navy lingo, ratings, etc. I am interested in learning all I can through this site and my son.
