Form Letter Packet and Guest List Information...

On the Guest List:

YOUR RECRUIT'S INTENDED GUESTS (ONE PERSON PER LINE)

Your Sailor Recruit (SR) may or may not have written "PROPER" names. In our case what he had on here was "Mother", "Father", "Step Mom", "Step Dad". Probably due to shock and excitement?

Don't be anal about spelling typo's on the list etc...as they will check your DL at PIR for identification.

NOTE: The FORM LETTER packet with the Guest List and other important information such as SHIP/DIV Mailing Address, Graduation Date, Password for Gate Pass (should you not have access to the Internet, please write your Recruit to mail you a Gate Pass if you plan to drive in the base to attend PIR) we received were 4 pages in total.

Also don't forget to look at the back pages as there will probably be a hand written note from your SR on one of those pages!

This FORM LETTER packet can only be mailed to ONE address. So if you are separated/divorced if you did not receive a form letter, it may have been mailed to your ex. In other cases, it's mailed to your SR's significant other (girlfriend, boyfriend, etc...). So it's best not to burn any of those bridges hehe...
