My son went in on 03/08/2012.... If I am doing the math right he should PIR on that date but we are not certain about it.. Did you get your form letter???? We got his first phone call and his "kid in a box" but that’s it..

everyone has to understand something about phone calls...you are supposed to get TWO...."I'm Here" when they arrive at RTC and "I'm a Sailor" when they pass BS21......all the other calls are "gifts" so to speak.  Do not expect calls but accept them as "wow, I got a call"!!

Rich,

My son left San Antonio on 03/06.  We received "the box" on 03/12 and our form letter on 03/15.  You can call his recruiter and he should be able to tell you what ship/division your son is in.
