no worries bro...when my daughter enlisted in '05 all I knew about the Navy was that their ships were grey and floated on water!!!!!!

I got a son on ship 13 div 37 as well. Have not got letter yet but looking for one any day

Just received the information from my son Brandon last week. He's in this division - ship 13, div 038.

we are all anxiously awaiting to hear anything going on in this division, as of now we have not received any letters other than the division letter. please share anything you hear and we will all do the same.

Just got first phone call from my son Carnell ship 13 div 37 was great to here from him everything was good

Just got a call from my son Jonathan. Talked to him for about 15 minutes. He said that their DIV is struggling with some activities and that their getting push hard to catch up for Graduation on December 13. Very happy to hear from him it made my Day.
Ship 13 Div 38.

That's great Sal... I, on the other hand, missed Sean's call due to my cell signal in Home Depot being crap. I missed his call by 30 seconds! He said he thought he'd be able to call again in a week and a half, but I'm so mad I could scream at AT&T! Hate to hear about the division struggling... does that mean that they may not graduate on time? I hope not because I've already got 4 airline tickets purchased for flying up on 12/12!

a recruit may not graduate on time but a division is not held back......

Jay,

we received our call today while we were driving....I pulled over and put it on speaker we had just left walmart and they have no signal in there either! so we are glad to have received it. We talked with Kevin for about 20 min. and he said half the Div including himself are all sick....they have a bug going around and he said it is making the PT tough on everyone...Also said they have a few "talkers" who keep getting everyone in trouble as well....We did mention people we have been talking to and he said he knew Sean and he was doing well and said they were Buds( sounds like a really good kid)....we have not received any of the letters that Kevin said he sent on Monday but the call was enough to keep us going for now. hope you are able to catch Sean on the next call.

Glad to hear all of you that got your calls today. Sounds like a rough start for Div 038 but lets pray that all SR's that are under the weather get to feeling better and everyone gets on the same page so they can focus on training!

Thanks for this information about the division. I think I missed a call from my son on Saturday. I was in the movie theatre with my other son and noticed that I missed a call from a private number. I'm sick at heart if I indeed missed his call. Sounds like we need to step up our prayers for our sons and this division! (Make sure your cell phones are not set up to block incoming private numbers!)
