My interest kicked up on this group when my wife found the show on G4 called Bomb Patrol. When I seen that the guys doing the bomb detonation and removal were Navy personnel I had to look into it. These guys are doing a hell of a job keeping this country from losing more military personnel.
Welcome to the group Steven
My nephew spent 3 months with these guys in Kandahar... Top Notch to say the least...
U.S. Navy explosive ordnance disposal technicians participate in spy rope training from an MH-60S Knighthawk helicopter assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 8 above the flight deck aboard the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) March 25, 2013, in the Arabian Sea. The ship deployed to conduct maritime security operations, theater security cooperation efforts and support missions for Operation Enduring Freedom. Just wondering what the first step my son may need to take for EOD training. He is to appear in front of the board today. It is his 2nd rollback, and now it is his 2nd week in Phase 1. Should they decide to drop him EOD was his choice to train for. Any info would be so greatly appreciated. Thanks all.
I have watched reruns of Bomb Patrol, they have been running it several times. Will check and see if I can help find schedule of reruns. I love the last one and have watched it several times. I find something new each time. It is so intense.
you know, I'm still looking to see where you can watch the prior episodes, but have so far been unable to find......
