Justen has orders to report to Newport Rhode Island the first of may. Training for instructor will be right there. He was told by his sponsor he will be teaching fire fighting. Ok I guess. He has not done much of that type work in the last few years. We all know the Reagan in helping off the coast of northern Japan as the seventh fleet posts the information daily. He is not sure when he will actually leave the ship. They are to start sending people off this week. All his seperation papers are turned in. Anxious to see him and know he does not glow in the dark. (old Hospital radiation Joke) Robert are you posting pictures from the tiger cruise?

The Tiger Cruise is over, spent some quality time with my son. I was able to attend a Captain's coin ceremony. He says he was just doing his job. The Captain said he and two of his shipmates prevented a disaster by discovering a huge JP5 leak and following protocol in dealing with it.

It has been over 9 months since I last saw my son. Seeing him on the Tiger Cruise is going to be oh so sweet.

Hope he can save it until they are in home port. Justen just used all of his coupons from re enlistment in May. Had this month duty free. Made it nice for getting ready to move. He will enjoy the move up I am sure. Hoping you get to talk on Christmas.

Hope Justen gets what he wants Crystal.

Jeff said he had to bust his butt to earn the reward, got him a coupon for 24 hour liberty and a move up in the barracks when they get back to port. Says that coupon doesn't do much good when your at sea.

YEAH JEFF!!! Justen is finishing his check list for shore duty orders to OCS at Newport RI as an instructor. MM2 instructing new officers on engineering. Will be good if he gets the orders. Will know by Feb. Only a 6 hour drive from home.
