Hello, my son has just been sent too Yokosuka, Japan to be on the USS George Washington CVN 73. Glad too see more Dads from Maryland.

From what I understand, part of the issue with mail is that it sometimes takes awhile for them to be assigned to a permanent division. I think it is part of the mind game.

She said she thought we forgot her then she got stacks of mail where they held it forever

I know when I was there, back in the dark ages, they did the same thing. They have to break that dependence on home.

Mark u will get a 3 line note soon like a week or so in. Then it will be a couple weeks before anymore came to us. They hold ur letters goin to them for about 3 weeks

My daughter Kate graduated rtc on Fri. 12/4/09
She is at A school in Meridian now.

Outstanding! I'm rootitng for a good photo to use for the groups image rather than the stock NavyDads logo...when I find some that might work well, I'll send them to you---you may want to consider using one for the groups "logo"!!
