And it's a short drive into Reno for Whitney....be like home!!!!!!!!!!!

Some of the sailors from there will be there for the ones going there. I know when I was there for my sons grd from A school, they talked to my wife and I as well. If there are any questions let me know.

Can anybody give me a heads-up on a decent hotel that's close to base, clean, safe, and reasonably priced? Wanna make my reservations ASAP. All advice appreciated!

Comment by Craig on February 19, 2009 at 10:22am: Hi all...got a call from Conner the other day while in-between shift.s..his first adrenaline-pumping-high-alert was a couple of coyotes setting off perimeter's at 0200...he said it "was cool" to see everything light and it not be a drill! My comment was "as long as it's just the wildlife"....
