Cora, glad you got to talk/see her! makes us feel sooo much better! I wonder if it's the BF or the US soil? HaHa That would be great for them to come for Christmas, have you met him? As you know I'm going to Japan in Dec. I don't like to fly, have no desire to see Japan, But that's where my daghter/Sailor is!!!!!

Crystal, I'm sure he was not only smilig down he was bursting with pride and sending his love on blessings! I hope Justen always stays that sensitive.

Suzi, i'm sorry he missed your b-day, and I truely understand and agree about the going out and drinking etc.....but mother's day is advertized, your b-day is just another day to them. and to be honest most the time my daughter don't know what day or time it is here and she has 4 clocks and time zones she's in charge of!

Jame's mom, I had to laugh at the idea aof setting the GF/wife straight and yeah you're probably right they buy most the gifts. but can't imagine telling mine what to do.

My solution through the years......they call me on their b-days! I mean like they would forget that day. haha and i get a thank you for giving birth and raising me right, every year it's different because they have matured another year and whats gonig on in their lives......I mean really what did I do on lmy b-day? cired, probably wet myself and then got a year older each year. I only age by the day now. But on their b-days...I did something wonderful!
