Hi, molly

I'd never say mom's are better cooks, then Dad's we all have our talents. I'd say i'm a cleaner cook. LOL my husband is a good cook, love his grilling, but we get in each others way sometimes. I'm a one person kitchen type, I cooked for a living, for lets just say many years, bar, restaurant, school and festivals. I don't like people being in my way, and my husband is a hand me that, go get this, type of chief. when we do big banquets I can get him in a assembly line and if he stays at his staion i'm okay. lol he's learnt to stay out of my way. he does what he does well, just ju tdo it!

I like Molly am alittle fatty but l'd say more tough/chewy so i'd need a oil and warm water bath and maybe some rubs added.
