Hello everyone,
My sailor was killed in action on 04-06-07 near Kirkuk, Iraq. I have gained so much support from Navy For Moms and I haveread about Navy for Dads in some of the groups I'm a member so I decided to come and join you guys so thank you for the welcome. I am here for anyone, maybe give support or just listen.

Wow! This group has grown and I'm happy to see it. I was reading some of the comments that have been written and liked the one Cindy wrote. She was talking about Navy Dad's saying it like it is. I had heard about the Ask A Sailor and since I had questions I joined Navy Dad's. What a blessing it is. I love my N4M's, but love this site for the directness from the dad's. I have made some great friends on this site and would love to meet them in person. That doesn't mean I don't enjoy talking to them on the phone!

I hope you new mom's have the same great experience I have had.

Merry Christmas to you all and God's blessings in 2009. Thank your sailor for me, too!

Here is a hug Cheryl I also am mom and dad for 2 26 and 18 and have been for 15 yrs.......sometimes I think is easier never had to worry about how someone might want to do it different...although a little money would have helped , but I have 2 healthy WONDERFUL men .....so I have the world
