Hi.  My middle son is at Newport presently in the 09-12 class, graduating April 13.  He was miserable the first 4 weeks but is feeling accomplished and very happy with the training at present.

Hi Paul very pleased to meet you. We share something in common; we both have sons at Navy OCS and in class 12-12 ontop of it. My son's name is Joe Federico and he's going to be a Nuclear Sub Engineer. The last time we heard from him was last Monday night, and I don't expect we'll hear from them for another 3 weeks. As the saying goes "no news is good news". Carpe Diem Joe and Chris...1 week down Cadets and 11 more to go!!! I look forward to chatting with you Paul and hopefuuly our families will meet in person upon the 12-12 graduation on June 15th!  Sincerely, Ellen

Just found out our son Chris is in the 12-12 class from Newport, hopefully graduating the end of May. Any other Dads with young adults in the 12-12 class? Would love to connect.

I bet he feels accomplished after finishing the grueling indoctrination phase. Best of luck to your son. You have much to be proud of:)

Hi robert just wanted to check in and say" congrats on your son's graduation this Friday. I won't hold it against you that it was class 09-12 that dogged 12-12 during the 1st few days of indoctrination:) Take care and I wish your son the best!
