Hello dads!  I'm New to this site and looking forward to learning from all of you during my sons journey.  My son Chase leaves for Boot Camp Sept. 17th and has just signed his contract for AIRR.  I am very excited for him and nervous at the same time.  He has been working extremely hard and is ready to start his journey!

Hi guys!  Hope everything is fine with you and your families. I really love to read your comments.  Here is a pic of Carlos, my son (he is the second from right to left).  He is in San Diego, in FRAC. 

His graduation should be around February 2818.  I'm planning to attend.  Meanwhile, he's coming home next week for two weeks.  I'm very excited!!

My son Mark also completed SERE in the desert. Your either freezing or cooking I'm sure both are quire the challenge. He said it was the best training you never want to do. Anyway He is still in FRAC in SD. Graduates in May. He comes home Dec 17, this Sunday for 10 days. Can't wait. We will go see him graduate in May. Deployment soon after and that will be both a Sad and exciting time

That's great Don. Mine lucked out doing SERE in the desert, so only triple digit temps for him. lol

My son is in Maine this week at SERE. Weather calling for single digits temp at night and snow. Be back in Norfolk in a week or so for FRS
