NE Ohio dads...............a group of the Navy for Moms are getting together on Sat. 10/24 at the Gran Fiesta resturant on Rt 82/ Pearl Rd (Rt 42) in Strongsville at 12:00 for a get together and lunch. I have already been invited (told..........LOL) I am going so I figured I would let the rest of you know about it.

Thank You. This is for someone who is not my son but a fellow shipmate. My wife got an email from the Navy Moms website "SAILOR RESCUE". We have cut and paste this to that website.

Are there any Navy dads up around Wooster Ohio who can help a stranded Sailor? His so called girlfriend (he wanted to marry) drove his car to Ohio to visit family. It broke down she dumped him and he had bought a one way ticket to Ohio thinking he was going to be able to drive his car back to Norfolk. Any mechanics in the area?

Hi Ohio Navy Dads. My son, Andy recently enlisted and is a depper who won't leave for Great Lakes until May 18. Thanks for the advice that you have for us new Navy parents.

hi navy dads,my son just got back from deployment in the persian gulf,hes on the EISENHOWER aircraft carrier,now hes headed for pensacola fla for crash and salvage school for updating of training.as a father of a sailor i couldnt be more proud of what our men and women are doing to keep us safe here at home.my wife and i went on the tiger cruise when the IKE got home,if you have a chance to go on a tiger cruise TAKE IT it was fantastic.

Heard from Doug tonight, his promotion finally "offically" came through to PO3 (CTN3). He acts like its no big deal.............mom told him we better see pics soon with the new insignia..................LOL
