Yeah EG I plan on driving down also on Tuesday the 25th. . . will probably arrive late that night, still debating whether to keep the girls out of school that day or let them go. I was planning to head back to NC the second Wes gets Liberty since he is wanting to see anything else but the base, preferably home :). It is all up in the air yet. . . .

Hey everyone. How's your sailor doing in P'cola. As some of you know my son is gone from there and is currently on his cruise aboard the USS Ronald Reagan. Since I do not live to far from there we will be beach side for Thanksgiving. If anyone here is planning on being there for Thanksgiving then we need to have a little get together. I'll buy the first round of drinks.

I'm confused Cora, your husband said your daughter was an AD, but you said AW. Are they the same thing?

My son has been in Pensacola for about a month now. He has no idea when he will class up. So he cleans and waits.

Spoke to my son. He said he hasn't classed up yet. He said they come by and bang on your door the night before your classes start. He doesn't do a lot because he said there are over 8,000 students currently at Pensacola and they have enough people doing extra duty.

Looks like the vacation is over for my son (LOL), wife called down at 9:30 PM and he was in bed already. He arrived back on 9/14 and has been waiting since then for classes to begin. He said classes have finally started, and he now has to get up at 0430, no more sleeping in. He is at Correy Station for CTN
