Does the name on the guest list PIR have to be exactly what is on their ID? For example my St put me as Marvin Brown, and my ID says Marvin Clarence Brown Jr.

Marvin this question had come up on here a number of times and rightfully so. I've found and kept a pdf copy of my son's form letter from 2011. Unless things have drastically changed at RTC, what he had on the form letter under the PIR guest list of four was "Mom", "Dad", etc... He did not even have our names on there LOL when I thought all along that he did! That being said I wouldn't worry about it you should be good to go...

Thanks Gary, and Jim. Was more worried about his mom. For whatever reason she kept my last name when she remarried. My sr put that name on all his paperwork, ins.,Ect. He told her not to change it, but sometime after being sworn in at MEPs, she did. I read where they will ask him again about his guest list, he could change it. I could feel him shaking his head over the phone. He said thanks dad. I'm glad somebody is checking on things back home. For his sake I wanted to make sure his mom could get in. She had 2 1/2 hours to get to the airport to see him off. They didn't want to follow me, stopped to eat, and couldn't figure out how to park. Missed him by 5 minutes. He was OK, but his brother and sister were with me, and they were pissed. It was a 15-20 minute drive to the airport. I know he wants her at PIR, so I was just checking. Thanks again.
Didn't mean to vent, but dang!

My son called us the Saturday before the PIR, and he was able to finalize the guest list that evening.
