Please say a prayer for my son Eric. He is currently at Boot Camp located in Great Lakes IL. His grad date is scheduled for June 19th. My prayer is that he be healthy, strong, motivated, dedicated and free from any injuries during the first phase of his service to our wonderful country. I also pray for all the men and women serving in the US Military. I pray for their protection and guidance. May the Lord bless them and keep them.

a prayer request. please pray for my son Jacob who is heading to Chicago for basic training. Pray that he would be sensitive to Gods calling on his life and that he will Grow into the Man and Husband that God is calling him to be.

During this time especially I would like to offer thanks to our Lord,God, Almighty as oftentimes I wonder if he to doesn't feel much the same as us parents and relatives of our sons and daughters. Theres probably a special place that he puts sailors. Tomorrow is the real reason for us to be happy not because of death , but because of life. I would just ask you Lord to look after us all as we try to do your work. Lets make this the most used site on Navydads as it should be. Happy Easter everyone. May God bless you and look after you and yours.

i would ask all to pray for our country and our men and women serving with in all the armed forces.i know that our God is an awesome God and he does hear our prayers."so Lord keep them all safe" amen

Prayers go out to hostage Richard Phillips and the crew of the USS Bainbridge for their efforts to resolve the hostage situation off the coast of Somalia peacefully.

Well it is Good Friday for us Catholics. Went to Holy Thursday mass last night and the homily was about giving of ourselves. Thought about all those who serve in the military.
