Congratulations to your son, Paul, and to your family!!  Many thanks to him for his service.  And, "Indeed" seems so trite - be assured it is heartfelt - to the memory of those who laid down their lives for each of us......

Last month my son re-enlisted on the USS Arizona Memorial.....it is a reminder that our freedom was paid for with the blood of many brave souls. Take a moment and remember the sacrifice that all those paid to keep us free.

Our daughter had the privilege and honor to reenlist in the Reflection room in the Pentagon.  Awesome.   http://eagleswatchfoundation.org/911/Navy_Memorial.html

Thank you for all your prayers for our son. He is in nuclear power school and doing well. Please pray that he will grow closer to the Lord and continue to keep him first in his life.

Great word of encouragement, Rick.  I really appreciate the note.  It is so good to hear that our sailors are seeking the Lord.

Ronald, I found out that my son had asked a few of his shipmates in boot camp to join him in chapel on Sundays. I was so proud to here that from a young man at PIR. The new Sailor said my son took him to chapel and because of that he was able to make it through boot camp. I was so pleased to know that my son knew where to turn when he was lonely and away from home for the first time. Sam will also find his quiet time with God in the Chapel and will be surrounded with other Christians in Boot Camp.

Thanks, Ronald. Lifting up your son, Sam and your family as he heads

out to boot camp. Praying for all the new recruits as well as those who

are already serving. I like that idea of praying for two Christians to

come along side of Sam so they can be of encouragement to each other. Something I hadn't thought of for Olivia ( don't know why).

Thanks!

Daniel, praying for your son. Keep us updated.

 To "HIS" Glory!!
