Thanks you Paul and Pat, I will forward your remarks.

I don't get on here as often as I'd like, work keeps me busy and no computer or smart phone at home :(  But I always remember this site in my Prayers.

It is hard losing a parent, I will pray all week for Marcy... Lord, you are the God of all Comfort, surround Marcy in your love and kindness. Protect her son and give her assurance that he will be fine in your care. Bless this family during their time of loss.

I'm sorry I didn't get back to you Blondie. We were in Columbus in June but it was such a fast trip. We got to the concert just in time on Saturday, 6/20 and Sunday didn't have much time to do anything either. It was a lot of fun though.
Let's see a lot has happened since I last talked to you. My mom passed away on July 11th. So I have been in such disbelief it isn't funny. We were having my nieces grad party and when she didn't show up by 3:30. My son Sammy and I went to check on her. We found her dead on her bedroom floor. It was awful. I just breakdown often now. She had a heart attack. Yes very unexpected. Everyone says she went the best way but I'm not sure about that. I think I'd rather have had her sick in the hospital where I could've said see ya later. I know a ton of people lose parents but I don't know what I'm going to do without her. I just miss her soo much. I'm really having a bad day today. So with that, I had to get my sailor home which took a few days. So she passed in Saturday and we finally had the funeral and viewing Thursday. My son and nephew needed to get back. Which my nephew just got to Japan. It's been a crazy 2 weeks. I have another week with my sailor. I do not want him going back. Will you go on the navy for dads prayer chain and have them say a prayer for me and my family? I sure do need them right now. Yes I'm crying right now too. I can't seem to stop today.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord. "Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

I want to thank every one for their encouraging replies and for a Great God who cares about our needs. Let's keep praying for each other and our sons and daughters. God really is GOOD!
