When we bought our first season tickets the price was about $70 per season. I waited in line about 3 hour for Super Bowl 5 tickets and my wife and I spent about 18 hours in a parking garage to get Super Bowl 6 tickets. That night all the roads were icy and the trucks with coffee couldn't get there to sell coffee. Super Bowl 6 tickets were about $70 and the Sheraton Hotel in Mimia for Super Bowl 5 was $40 per night. Things have really changed since 1971 and 72.

Pat, you are bringing back so Great Old Memories. I starting going to the old Dallas Texan games before the Cowboys. Then going to both games till the Texas moved to KC. We had season tickets from 1966 through last year. The Cotton Bowl was great and I was amazed when they opened Texas Stadium. So many good games and Dandy Don was my Hero. I guess I should stop now or I will go on forever. Thanks for bring back the memories.

I had a colt born on the day of his funeral, naturally, I named him Ronald Reagan. I'll never forget people saying once the Alzheimers took hold, he'd love to sit and look at picture books of horses, he was a great horseman as well. I read his quotes quite often and refer to them when a related topic comes up.
