Welcome To Our Sailors Art Gallery

It's something about Sailors and tattoo's. My son has been tatting up since in the Navy. I have none but he just got his second. I'm curious if anyone else's child has gotten a tattoo since joining the Navy. I know that Sailors have been known for tattoo's and my son is carrying on the tradition. This group is to show off your Sailors tattoos. I think we will call this our Sailors Art Gallery.

Sailor Jerry besides being a bottle of Rum was famous for the USN Tattoos, I will take a pic of mine and get it posted. Great Old School if that is what someone is looking for.

Billy got his first tattoo today!! He designed most of it himself. This one is the first of three that he plans to have put on.

ah Cindy it's not bad at all. If you can handle childbirth you can definately handle a tat. I am looking into ideas for my next one I know what I want just need to get the idea to paper and get it the right size.

Tim, you might've just made my decision! I have no desire to feel the rush that my body puts out to cover the pain. I hate needles and can't say that I have a really high pain tolerance. Child birth is one thing...you forget that, the feel of needles for a picture or word? Nah. But who knows, maybe eventually.

Cindy I can't answer for jean but I can tell you that I have 3 tats and I think they are somewhat addictive. I got my first 2 tats here in Oklahoma when they were still illegal and then got 3rd in Tennessee 3 years ago. I love the feeling of the rush that your body puts out to cover the pain. I have a high pain tolerence so it didn't bother me. heres some pics of my tats. #1 tat was my wifes name on my left ring finger. #2 tat was a medicine wheel on my right outside calf. #3 tat is of the theatre masks. I am currently trying to decide on what my next tat is going to be. I know Trevor wants us to get matching tats with a nautical theme to them when we go visit him in San Diego next spring.

Michael ~ Looks like nothing but pain! You mentioned two out of three. What's your third tat?
