"Commuting down there SUCKS. Definitely advise her to live on the same side of the water as where she is stationed. Everyone I know that had to commute from NN through the tunnel to NOB absolutely hated life."

Remember there will be approx 1000 + people going on the Tiger PLUS all the family and friends meeting the sailors disembarking there. So, short answer is there will be A LOT of people going to the same place at the same time.
