Happy Easter Lowell , I just spoke to Justin last night for the first time since he arrived on the IKE . He was able then to give me his email address . We only spoke for about 1 minute and all I could find out was that it's very hot and he's been stationed on the flight deck . I'll learn a lot more when he answers my email I sent him this morning . I'm not aware of anything about the tiger cruise , I'll have to read up about it . Give my best Happy Easter wishes to
Jay , perhaps him and Justin might meet up some time . I'll be posting pictures of him soon when I update my profile . Thank you for the response . Take care .
Joseph
Joseph, thanks for the best wishes Jay also works on the flight deck he in Crash and Salavge.Last years tiger cruise left Mayport Fla.,two days later and a very extraordinary, and informative ride on and in the IKE we were in Norfolk Va..If you get the chance and have the time to go on the cruise TAKE it.How long has Justin been in the NAVY?Jay"s been in 2 and a half years, this is his second deployment to the area their in now.Last time one day it was 151 degrees on deck, way to hot for man or beast.Best wishes to Justin and thank him for his service to OUR and HIS country, without such BRAVE and PROUD AMERICANS as our children we would not be such a great county no matter what you and I think of our gov. we should be very greatfull that we live where we do,at least I am.

Yes , I will look in to going on the next tiger cruise , it sounds great . Justin has been in the navy 15 months , this is his first deployment overseas . He's been studying Radar, GPS and Communications for a certain jet before his deployment came . But like I said , I can't be sure what they have him doing until I hear from him in an email . I'm sure he's probably going through some kind of training that all newcomers go through when arriving to a carrier . I think the biggest thing for him to adjust to is the heat . He was raised upstate NY and he's very use to the cold , in fact he actually enjoys it ! When he went through boot camp at the Great Lakes it was during the winter months and he had no problem with the cold there . So I will be in touch when I learn more and I will look into going on this tiger cruise . Thank you for taking the time to respond and telling me about Jay , you must be very proud of him . I wish him the very best . Take care
Joseph
