Holiday Inn Express CheasePeak has a IKE room rate of 54$ a night.  This is a special rate for IKE family and Friends.  They are 20 minutes from the base.  They are willing to be flexible on changing reservation dates as we do not know when they will be home.  I made a reservation on a date I think they might be home and they said I could change it when I know with no Penality.  I travel a lot for my work and for a hotel to be this flexible is not common.

Thanks Paul, between the two, I think I understand better now.

From what I heard (redacted by Admin) give or take a day. I got word Thanksgiving night. Now there's something to be thankful for. Not sure of liberty leave yet. Very unusual for splitting up aircraft carriers but it's a good time to get equipment fixed and ready to head back. Hope they have a safe trip back. Can't wait.
