I believe you'll find all flight deck personnel received them. Our son is on flight deck & they got theirs last week before last.

My daughter works near that area as well, Amber, and she said the same thing about the heat.  I just thought others might like to know about the camelbak's as we were getting ready to send her one....:)

My husbnad told me that they did get mail today but did not get either one of the two care packages i sent off 12 days ago. hopefully someone else that was waiting for theirs got them...I sent my 3rd care package today...Hopefully he gets the first two soon! My husband works in reactor propoltion...It gets extremely hot in that space. He said that his department was also issued camel backs..I don't know if that info helps anyone or not.

My son said,I don't need to get him a Camelback kit cuz'he received his kit through his command.Maybe because of the heat, eveyone on board was issued one.It's a blessing! Thank you.

That may be, but based on my daughter's rate (and what she has told me), she is not on the flight deck. My understanding is that everyone got them. Either way, im going to hold off sending her one since they gave her one and ordered her to keep it full of fluid,,,:)

I got a message this morning from my son and yes...they were issued a Camelback hydration kit.He was asking me to send a headbands /skullcaps which he could wear under cranial to absorbs sweat and a wristband 1-3 inch.Baby Powder for the heat rash.No news yet on his care package.

All, I just got an email from my daughter and she said she was issued a camelbak..."But no I don't need a camelback they just issued
them to us as a mandatory "uniform" item which means I have to have
it full of water and on my back at all times or I will get my *&^ chewed...". She wanted dry goods (noodles, etc) in her care pack...take care
