Hello all,
My son will be joining the Ike later this year. He is in A school and just picked his orders. He is an AE and is joining the Jolly Rogers.
I have gotten some great ideas for care packages from the earlier posts, so we will start stocking up.
Question for you all... How often do they get to port? Thanks!

I would think a phone company VP would say...hey, if we had a department that dealt only with the military we might get a ton of business....

It's ashame that simple things have to be made so difficult.? Major phone companys should have this figured out by now.  My husband and I aggreed that the best thing for us to do is just write eachother via email or facebook chat.. and when he makes port calls then he calls me...It's just so costly for phone calls. I miss his voice but im just happy i get to chat with him every once in a while. Glad to hear that you are communicating with your loved ones..his family does not write and i know it bothers him.

not acceptable....this isn't for Aunt Ruthie or Uncle Tim...this is for our military...AT&T should be ashamed.....

finally got dollars added to card, had to go to my bank to get it done. the banker had to call at&t and took all of 40 minutes and talking to 3 different at&t reps to fix at&T'S PROBLEM! Thanks for letting me vent.

John, try this one. I tried it in the past and it didnt work for me, but may work for you. I have done it over the phone and had no problems.

I have looked for an online option with At&t but haven't found one, if anyone knows how, please advise, I would much rather go online.
