Hey David, maybe we could hook up somewere, I see most flights lay over in Chicago or Seattle. I know there will be more people going. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little apprehensive about going to another country. My son told me that the train station is right under the airport in Tokyo. The train goes right to the base, so it should be fairly easy to get there I guess.

Other things they like are power bars, grain and granola bars. One of my sons favorites is ho-ho's. Jerky is a good thing to send them but I've found it to be expensive and if you can make your own it's a lot more affordable. You can use just about any kind of meat, groud or muscle, with any marinade or seasoning.

Richard, My granddaughter is also stationed in Atsugi and I use the same address. Magic happens and the packages find their way to the sailors. Sometimes it takes a bit longer than when going to Atsugi, especially if they have been in port.

Thank You dad... The address that I have is for Atsugi (?), will the package I send out get to him on the ship with that address, or is there another way to get it out to the boat?

They like to get microwavable food. Snack food. Junk food. Playing cards, puzzle books. Beef jerky. Mac&cheese, candy.
