Guys,

I know I'm not the only one that has bought these coins to document my Sailors journey in the Navy so I figured I would start this group so we can talk challenge coins and learn a little bit about the history behind them at the same time.

Add pics of your collection, share stories about them, learn about the history and suggest any ideas of coins that should be available but are not. I started my collection when my son left for boot camp starting with the RTC coin, to his rating, rate, ship, etc. So now we can always go back and re-live his Navy career, LOL!

As most of you know, I'm the creator of NavyDads & NavyOutfitters and have just recently re-launched our official store. In the process I  some how convinced a couple companies to offer their unique coins in our very own NavyDads store. I would think Military Families are the majority collecting them so it was a no brain-er to try and offer them in the store.

This group not only could be a huge help to NavyDads future but also can let these companies know exactly what Navy coins are needed or are missing. And I'll be glad to be the middle man, LOL!  If there is a demand for a missing coin, then I'm sure I can convince them why they should make one. I even thought about putting the NavyDads Logo on one. Would anybody buy it? LOL!

I hope every one has a blast in here!
